Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before booking with Al Fahads Tours & Travels.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Al Fahads Tours & Travels, located at Tolichowki, Hyderabad, India. By making a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Booking & Payment
- •A minimum deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking.
- •Full payment must be made 30 days before the departure date.
- •All payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
- •Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations or airline fare changes.
- •Payment can be made via bank transfer, cash, or online payment methods.
2. Cancellation Policy
- •Cancellations made 45+ days before departure: 30% of total cost will be deducted.
- •Cancellations made 30-44 days before departure: 50% of total cost will be deducted.
- •Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 75% of total cost will be deducted.
- •Cancellations made within 14 days of departure: No refund will be provided.
- •All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or in person.
3. Travel Documents
- •Travelers are responsible for ensuring valid passports with at least 6 months validity.
- •All visa requirements and documentation are the responsibility of the traveler.
- •Al Fahads Tours assists with visa processing but does not guarantee visa approval.
- •Any delays or rejections due to incorrect documentation are the traveler's responsibility.
- •Original documents must be submitted as per the specified deadlines.
4. Liability & Insurance
- •Al Fahads Tours acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and transport providers.
- •We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by third-party services.
- •Travel insurance is highly recommended and is the traveler's responsibility.
- •We are not responsible for personal belongings, valuables, or travel documents.
- •Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics) may result in trip modifications.
5. Changes & Modifications
- •Itinerary changes may occur due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
- •We reserve the right to substitute hotels of similar or higher category.
- •Flight timings are subject to airline schedule changes.
- •Date changes requested by travelers may incur additional charges.
- •Any upgrade requests are subject to availability and additional payment.
6. General Terms
- •By booking with us, you agree to all terms and conditions stated herein.
- •Travelers must follow all local laws and regulations of the destination country.
- •Inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services without refund.
- •All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, India.
- •These terms are governed by the laws of India.
